Family portrait session in Kissimmee

Family portrait session in Kissimmee

You attract what you are- maybe that’s why around 70 percent of my clients are from up north or the New York / New Jersey area. I lived in New york for 12 years and moved down to Florida because I got tired of my very corporate job (think suit every day), and because of the increasingly cold and long winters! It amazes me how many New Yorkers are coming down to Florida to take advantage of the good weather here (well..I’m not THAT surprised actually). I was thrilled when Jonathan, from New York City and his family, booked me to photograph their Family portrait session in Kissimmee.

Jonathan and his siblings rented a vacation home in Kissimmee to celebrate their mothers birthday. They took an early morning break with me to capture some memories for their family to cherish forever. The rest of the days were spent bonding and going to all of the Disney Parks!  I was blessed to be a part of it! Here are a few captures.

Formal portrait session Orlando LDS temple
Wedding portrait session Orlando LDS temple
It’s been a super busy month, and things will continue to get even more busy as we head into February and March. I’ve been a bit backlogged lately but finally managing to take a few minutes to prioritize on blogging- something that continues to be important to me, and important to my clients.
Oh and I just got a Pomeranian puppy yesterday, due to taking a wrong turn after a meeting and ending up at the “Just puppies” parking lot. I felt inspired to walk inside and immediately fell in love (Pic coming soon on Instagram :). I am officially a mother of two (I already have a rescue cat).
Since love is in the air, I felt inspired to share this beautiful photoshoot with all of you. There is a famous mormon temple here in FL called the LDS Temple. I had the honor of photographing this gorgeous couple’s Wedding formals outside of the temple grounds, since pictures are not allowed inside the temple. It was a beautiful, sunny day, although a bit chilly. My Ceremony package, tends to be a hit for LDS weddings. Two hours is just enough time for 1 hour of family formals, and 1 hour of pictures of just the couple.
Hope you enjoy this images 🙂

Balaram and Radhika’s Indian Vedic Wedding at ISKCON Alachua temple

I can’t take my eyes off of this gorgeous bride (and groom!). I had the honor and pleasure of photographing Balaram and Radhika’s wedding last month in Gainesville Florida at the Alachua ISKCON Temple. The wedding was styled and planned by the talented team at Ganjam Tribe, and they really did a fabulous job at it!

Radhika got ready at the historic Magnolia Plantation BnB while Balaram got ready at home. I really love the rich cultural and spiritual aspect of Vedic weddings and feel that they photography so beautifully. The center stage for their wedding was their stunning home deities whom got to witness and bless their union together along with family and friends.
I loved the white paper umbrellas that were provided to guests to allow them to sit comfortably in the shade during the ceremony. Indian weddings tend to go on a bit longer than most and Florida is called the sunshine state for a reason! The reception dinner was held at the temple property followed by games and continued celebrations at Balaram’s family home.

I want to congratulate the couple on such a beautiful wedding and wish them a lifetime of amazing memories together.
Here is their sneak peak.

Company Branding- Adorable wooden Flash Drives for my packaging

I’m always revamping my company packaging- almost as often as I revamp my closet!

Style and branding is so important to me so when I received these beautiful and on point USB drives by USB Memory Direct, I was happy with how well they turned out and how they complement my branding.
I ordered dark brown wooden drives with my logo printed on top of them. They are slightly larger then the standard USB drive, which I really like.
Shipping was fast and the ordering process was super easy!
Can’t wait to send these out to clients today.
